I tried to do it all—build a business, grow my career, raise a family, and create balance—believing that hard work and sacrifice would lead to success. But instead of thriving, I felt drained, stuck, and consumed by guilt and shame, constantly questioning if I was doing enough—or if I was “worthy” or “good enough”.

Then came the breaking point. My life almost ended in a moment that shook me to my core. It was as if the universe was screaming at me to wake up.

In that raw, vulnerable moment, I realized I couldn’t keep living this way. The guilt, shame, and endless striving to prove myself weren’t helping—they never do.

Something had to change, and that change had to start with me finding a new way forward.

I made a bold decision to stop chasing solutions that didn’t fit and started trusting myself—my instincts, my energy, and my vision.

I sold my in-person business, let go of the expectations and old identities that were weighing me down, and began creating a life that felt aligned and fulfilling.

Everything changed. My relationships deepened, I had more quality time with and for my family, my new business dream grew, and I finally felt like I was thriving—not just surviving.
